£19,000 to £23,000 per year – based on 40hrs per week
Newark-based Bespoke Drywall is looking for a reliable Contracts Co-ordinator with construction industry experience. The successful candidate will undertake primarily coordination tasks with administration being a fundamental prerequisite, ensuring the site based teams have adequate support to work efficiently. You should be a well organised and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under your own initiative.
The tasks of the contracts co-ordinator will include document control, process and system implementation, liasing with suppliers, placing orders, producing schedules, updating the database, harvesting subcontractor invoices, populating reports and general office duties.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate good numeracy, verbal and written communication skills and be competent in Word, Excel and Google Documents. You should also be good at prioritising, initiating and working with little supervision.
The Contracts Co-ordinator role ensures the smooth running of construction sites where we work in partnership with the contracts managers, contributing to driving sustainable growth.
Bespoke Drywall is a highly experienced award winning specialist ceilings and partitioning fit-out and finishing contractor. Established in 2004, Bespoke is a family-owned business that operates across a range of commercial and public sector contracts. Our clients include building owners, hospitals, hotels, residential developers, restaurants, retailers, schools and universities.
Our standard hours are 8.30 am – 17.00pm (Monday to Friday) and flexible working hours can be considered for this role.
The successful candidate must have held a full driving licence for at least three years.
