Office Administrator – Newark
Newark-based Bespoke Drywall installs ceilings, partitions and hoardings for the leisure, retail and restaurant sector. We work across the UK for international brands such as Hugo Boss, Fortnum & Mason and Lacoste, and we’ve handled contracts at Westfield Shopping Centres, Butlins and Heathrow Airport.
We’re looking for a talented, business focused, self motivated, ambitious person with an aptitude to multi-task combined with a ‘can-do’ problem solving attitude. As the Office Administrator you will support our management team and carry out wide and varied tasks, ranging from being the first point of contact for client enquiries, arranging travel and accommodation for construction teams, collecting and preparing commercial information, keeping our CRM system up to date, purchase ledger and supporting our logistics and procurement activities.
You should have good written and verbal communication skills together with solid IT and book-keeping capabilities. Knowledge of Office 365 would be beneficial and knowledge of SAGE is essential
