The fourth of chef Tom Aikens’ high class restaurants recently opened at iconic St Katharine Dock London. Working closely with DG Professional Interiors, Bespoke completed the acoustic and fire rated walls up to six metres and installed MF feature ceilings which included continuous linear grilles with QIC E15 feature beads to the grille perimeters.
The restaurant and private dining room have acoustic partitions & linings, standard partitions, feature bulkheads and MF ceilings. A 60 minute AMF ‘Thermaclean S’ exposed grid ceiling was installed beneath the new mezzanine floor which separates the main kitchen from the First Floor prep kitchen.
